SunnyLand Vacation Homes is located in the city of Orlando, Florida, USA, known as the "Sunshine State" for having an average of about 300 sunny days annually. Another striking feature of the city are the numerous entertainment options, which as a highlight, are Disney and Universal theme parks. Due to all these characteristics, we chose the name “sunny land" for our company.
SunnyLand Vacation Homes was born from a dream of two friends with extensive experience in the market of real estate management aiming to become a leader in the seasonal rental segment through two key principles: TRANSPARENCY in the company/owner relationship and PROMPTNESS in the company/guest relationship.
